S. (Sam) Santhosh - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. S. (Sam) Santhosh is Managing Director & CEO of California Software Company Ltd. (Calsoft). Mr. Santhosh founded Calsoft in 1992 with the vision to deliver value-added solution`s to U.S customers. He established strong relationship with Chemoil Corporation (a San Francisco based global oil conglomerate) who later went beyond being a customer to become a joint venture partner. The relationship with Chemoil helped Calsoft to gain a good insight into Fuel Oil Bunkering Industry and enabled the company to built several unique solutions for the industry.
Sam’s technology vision saw him creating a new range of products in the CAD viewer market. In 1995, he lead a young team visualize, develop and market Dr.DWG suite of products and redefined the entire CAD Viewer market in the U.S. Having gained a good expertise in product development and sensing a market opportunity for software product development services, Sam focused on technology companies. The next few years saw Calsoft emerging as a leading player in the technology arena in the Silicon Valley. Products were developed for several companies including HP, Nortel Networks, Sony, and Affymetrix. In 1999, to reduce dependence in the U.S market, Sam set up offices for Calsoft in U.K, Japan and Singapore. Along with the Technology downturn in 2000-01, Sam restructured the company placing more focus on offshore development. During the next two years, Sam set up the Commodities Division to address the larger market beyond the fuel-oil industry. The following year an exclusive Division to address the needs of the enterprise market was set-up in alignment with Microsoft Business Solutions.
Mr. Santhosh works based out of Pleasanton California, where he directly manages the operations of Calsoft’s wholly owned U.S Subsidiary, California Software Labs (CSWL Inc.).
He has an MBA from IIM Calcutta, with an emphasis in Management Information Systems, and a degree in Engineering.
Pradeep (Pat) Palazhi - Chief Operating Officer
Pradeep (Pat) Palazhi has over 16 years experience in the software industry. As Chief Operating Officer of HealthNet International Pat is responsible for the operations of HealthNet International and its subsidiaries.
Prior to joining HealthNet International, Pat was the Owner and CEO of ValueAdd Solutions and also the COO of American HealthNet a healthcare information solutions provider. Pat has also held the CTO position at CASHNet, a online payment solutions company. He has also held various executive management positions with Calsoft including being its COO from 1997 to 2002. From 2002 to 2004, Pat was a Vice President of Product Management with Triple Point Technologies a solutions provider to energy, utilities and commodities industry. Pat’s expertise covers the entire spectrum of software products and solutions industry.
Pat holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science from Calicut University, India and is currently doing his MBA from Edinburgh Business School.
Robert (Bob) Byrnes - Vice President Sales
As Vice President - Sales, Bob Byrnes is responsible for Healthnet's (Subsidiary of Calsoft) overall sales and marketing.
Bob brings to Helathnet over thirty years of successful management and executive experience, including six years with NEC Technologies and eighteen years with IBM Corporation.
Prior to joining CSWL Bob was the President of Vibren Technologies Inc (an NEC company), responsible for day-to-day operations and for expanding the revenue stream.
Following his success at NEC as Executive Vice President, Bob served as President and CEO of the Cross Pen Computing Group, a subsidiary of the A.T. Cross Company. Bob was the President and CEO of 1414C, a wholly owned subsidiary of the PictureTel Corporation.
Bob received a BS from Villanova University and an MBA from Farleigh Dickinson University.
Suresh Venkateswaran - Chief Technology Officer
As the Chief Technology Officer of HealthNet, Suresh is responsible for the engineering efforts and technical direction of the company. Suresh brings over 12 years of technical and project management experience in the software industry, with expertise in software development project methodologies across a diverse set of technology platforms and business domains. Since joining Calsoft in 1996, Suresh has been instrumental in leading and architecting various product development and R&D initiatives of the technology division of Calsoft.
Suresh holds an Engineering degree with honors in Computer Science and an MBA in Computer Information Systems.
Sai Sathiamoorthy - Chief Financial Officer
Sai is responsible for the company's financial and accounting operations besides overseeing HR & Administration.
Sai has over 21 years of global experience in the areas of management and finance. Prior to joining HealthNet, he served as a General Manager (finance and accounts) with Melsons Group, a Moscow based trading conglomerate with extensive networks in Russian Federation and baltics. He has significant management experience in Africa and Asia. During his tenure of 6 years at Midland Galvanizing products Ltd., Nigeria, he has managed numerous strategic corporate initiatives involving corporate finance and accounting, business restructuring and acquisitions.
Sai is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Graduate member of the Institute of cost and Works Accountants of India. He holds a Bachelor degree in commerce and accounting from the University of Madras and is an active member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
